Our vision
Robert Buttrick has been providing advice and guidance since the publication of his best-selling “flagship” book, the Project Workout in 1997. The approach follows the principles laid out in the publications, taking a holistic view, ensuring that your culture, systems, processes and accountabilities are mutually compatible.
It is our vision to see organisations (both public and private) thrive through directing and managing their futures using effective, business led project and programme management techniques. We foresee a time when:
- all significant change is directed and managed cross-functionally, harnessing people and resources from across and outside the organisation;
- people find it second nature to form and perform in multidisciplinary project teams, focussed on achieving business benefits;
- project skills and knowledge is a core capability of ALL managers and top executives.
We believe the best way to achieve this goal is to work with people, helping them to help themselves, ensuring they understand the practices and can carry them forward themselves.
